Thankyou for purchasing a little slice of bohemian magic from The Boho Bungalow. As we’d like you to be completely thrilled with your purchase, please ensure that you read the description of each item including details of its dimensions, age and condition prior to placing your order. Due to the very nature of our products often being handmade or of an authentic vintage nature, slight imperfections, some wear and tear, small marks, colour variations and some irregularities in stitching etc, may occur with our products. Rather than see these imperfections as an issue, we embrace these irregularities wholeheartedly as they add to the unique and natural beauty of the items we source from artisans all around the globe.

Refunds and Returns:

While we are absolutely certain that you will love your Boho Bungalow treasure, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong.  Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with the item you have purchased. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or if the product doesn't suit so please choose carefully.

If you have purchased an item from The Boho Bungalow and it does not match the description of the item on our website, you can return it to us for a refund within 7 days from the date you receive your item.  You need to present your proof of purchase to be entitled to a refund.  Alternatively, you can choose to exchange the item for another item of equal value.
If the item is unboxed, not in its original packaging or damaged in any way, we regret that a refund will not be offered. All refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account that was used to make the payment.  The value of your exchange or refund is the product purchase price less the cost of shipping. Shipping costs of returning any item is the responsibility of the customer and items must be returned within 7 days. A refund or exchange can only be made once the returned goods have been received by The Boho Bungalow – please allow up to 7 days for your item to be received by us. We do not take responsibility if your returned items do not arrive or if they arrive damaged in transit so please take extra special care when packing your goods for return. We also recommend that you return your items via registered post to ensure that we do receive it. Once returned items have been received, please allow an extra 1-3 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.


We do not refund on items that were purchased under sale conditions or those items that have been discontinued.
